RG Law is extremely proud to announce its success in being appointed to the framework for ‘Legal Services’ awarded by KCS Procurement Services, a trading function of the Commercial Services Group wholly-owned by Kent County Council.

This national framework of legal service providers covers the provision of a full range of legal services from property and land law to education Law. RG Law has expertise and specialist legal skills in the area of property and Land law, as well as commercial and associated private client services such as probate law.

The opportunity to work with KCS Procurement Services and its partners will enable RG Law to offer its expertise to a wider spectrum of clients. Details of the framework can be found here.

Karen Marsh, Director at RG Law, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed onto this framework which represents a great opportunity for us to build on our reputation for delivering high-quality legal services.

Securing a place, thanks to the hard work from Tina Khanna, Conveyancing Director, means that we can access new businesses and support public sector organisations in their legal obligations. We look forward to working with KCS Procurement Services, which actively supports public sector organisations across the UK to access frameworks and partners delivering value and quality services.”

The Procurement Services Director for KCS, Tarryn Kerr, said ‘We are delighted to have launched our new Legal Services framework, which has been created to help support public sector organisations across the UK. Our framework experts have undertaken a stringent tender process to award to the successful suppliers and we are pleased that RG Law is one of our new partners. We look forward to creating a long last relationship with RG Law and working collaboratively to support the needs of the UK public sector.’

The contract is expected to run from 1st August 2022 to 31st July 2026.
