You can claim the costs for your survey and valuation fees up to a maximum combined total of £750.00. 

 

Mortgage/Lender Fee.

We will happily reimburse the cost of your mortgage arrangement fee up to a maximum of £500.00. 
 
The Second Set of Searches 
We will order a second set of searches on your new property.  You will not have to pay for searches again. This is a saving of between £273.60 and £549.00, depending on the original searches ordered.
