We believe this software will enable us to provide better transparency and interaction with our clients, estate agents and financial advisors. It will help us towards our goal of being paperless and enable us to fully embrace a digital way of working allowing clients to take advantage of digital onboarding, eSignatures and uploading documentation which will all save time.
From the 1st of December to 12th of December we will be training and implementing new practices which we hope will not disrupt the day-to-day progression of our transactions but with anything new there will be teething issues and we hope that everyone involved in the transactions we are acting on will help us to resolve any issues that arise as quickly as possible.
