We currently work with agents and advisors all over the country and we find that the most efficient way to quote a client is for the initial information to be sent across to our Quotes Team, the team will then call the client within the first hour of receiving this and then generate the quotation from there.

This not only provides a quick service but also sets the standard of communication from the first point of contact. We have seen positive results from this process as the client feels a sense of trust from the beginning after speaking with us over the phone, instead of email communication.

As well as our own process, we also use an online portal, which allows companies that we work with, to generate quotations and send them directly to their clients. This works well if the clients are at very early stages and just want an idea of costs, without feeling the pressure of talking to our firm directly.

On the portal, at quote stage, the clients will be able to see a breakdown of costs, as well as our information page.

We do experience a lot of clients that are just putting their property on the market or still in the middle of their property search, so gathering an idea of costs, means that they can have an organised plain in place for when everything is secured.
