    You will likely be:

  • Technically sound with 2 y PQE and preferably with 5 years of experience in Private Client

  • Experienced at managing your own caseload of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Probate

  • Able to manage others

  • Able to build relationships with clients and business referrals

  • Be open to feedback and have a desire to progress


  • You will certainly be:

  • Technically proficient with the ability to handle a busy case load

  • Able to manage and supervise a small team

  • Able to support the clients and communicate effectively with them

  • Able to support other members of the team with queries, audits and cover

  • An effective team worker

  • Somebody with a keen attention to detail

  • Keen to work using your own initiative and take responsibility

  • Organised and structured in your work

  • Prepared to stand up and be counted

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of Wills, Trust Deeds, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Court of

  • Protection applications

  • Supervise the team and audit their work

  • Report to the Managing Director

  • Take instructions and provide advice, support and quotes to clients face to face or via

    correspondence/telephone

  • Deal with case files in a timely and efficient manner

  • Deal with new enquiries and provide quotes for all matters types under the Will and Probate

    Department

  • Provide support and carry out audits for the team

  • Assist with delivering training to junior members of the team

  • Oversee the execution of legal documents

  • To participate in the business of the company in such a manner as to further develop

    knowledge and skills

  • To contribute to the development of the company, office systems and the organisation of the

    company

  • Such other tasks as requested from time to time to help the general work of the Company
