When this matter came to us, the buyers were already under time pressure. The sellers had a hard exchange deadline tied to an inheritance tax issue, and they needed contracts exchanged by the end of the month to avoid significant financial consequences.


From the moment the file was opened, our Case Manager Josh Bridgeman made it clear to the clients that while we would do everything possible to meet the deadline, no solicitor can ever guarantee a completion date - especially with leasehold matters.
