Clients deciding to sell their property through an auction can be auction-ready in 14 days for £375.00 + VAT.
A local authority, water and drainage search instead of an indemnity is included in our auction-ready pack, which will appeal to buyers wanting to make a quick buy with as much information as possible.
We are focused on improving our customer service approach by providing video content to assist in better understanding the conveyancing, wills and probate process. We plan to map out an enhanced client journey in 2024, providing information at key points within a transaction to help our clients better understand what is happening at each stage and address any questions they have.
