We are delighted to share that RG Law has been named a finalist in the LexisNexis Legal Awards 2026 for Trainee Scheme of the Year!
This recognition shines a spotlight on our RG Academy, launched in 2015, which has supported more than 40 individuals in progressing from Administrative Assistants to qualified conveyancers, property lawyers, and solicitors. Through a clear, structured pathway, the Academy empowers our team to build their skills, gain professional qualifications, and ultimately manage their own caseloads with confidence.
The Academy plays an essential role in shaping the future of our firm. By nurturing talent from within, it enables us to grow a highly skilled workforce that is aligned with our culture, our values, and our commitment to exceptional client care. It also creates long‑term career opportunities for our people, ensuring they feel supported, invested in, and motivated to achieve their full potential. We believe that developing our team in this way not only strengthens our service, but strengthens the profession as a whole.
Being shortlisted for this award is especially meaningful as it follows our recent success at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards, where we proudly won Outstanding Commitment to Training. These achievements not only highlight the strength of our training program but also keep our team inspired and excited for what is ahead.
The Academy is expertly led by Bethany Western (Training Academy Supervisor) and Tina Khanna (Conveyancing Director), whose dedication and leadership have been fundamental to its success.
