Having joined RG Law in 2018 as a legal assistant, I have spent the last several years proactively managing my own case load before stepping up to manage our Training Academy at the start of 2025.

Training and progressing our own people is incredibly important to me and I am passionate about giving people the opportunity to growth both personally and professionally within our company.

My approach to the academy is to provide a nurturing, yet effective training environment so our trainees can thrive and we celebrate one-another’s success.

I enjoy a challenge and with a house to renovate and a young family I certainly have this!
