This role has been created to ensure you receive the very best care, support, and communication possible.

Our Principal Relationship Coordinator keeps a close eye on our weekly figures and conversion rates to help us see what’s working well and where we can continue to improve. By monitoring this information, we can keep growing and delivering the excellent service you know and expect from us. 

This role also plays a big part in helping our Sales Team continue to grow and succeed.  By analysing conversion rates and identifying where new opportunities lie, the Principal Relationship Coordinator gives our Sales Team valuable insights into what’s working best and how we can strengthen our relationship with you even further. 

The Principal Relationship Coordinator actively seeks feedback from you on how your relationship with your conveyancing team is going as well as customer queries, whether it’s positive feedback (which we love) or something that needs a little attention. Every comment helps us learn, grow, and provide an even better experience for everyone we work with, and we truly value the time you take to share your thoughts. 

If you experience an issue or have a question, our Principal Relationship Coordinator will be there to assist. They’ll personally follow up on a consistent basis until the issue has been resolved.
