When you need a codicil?

If one of your appointed executors has died or you wish to appoint someone else

Upon marriage, a will is automatically revoked if you have not made a note in your will stating that your marriage will not affect your will

If you wish to change the beneficiaries and the apportionment of your assets

Your funeral requirements have changed

If your assets have changed
