Codicil

We are here to draft a new will for you or make changes to your existing will with a codicil.  A codicil is an additional legal document that can alter terms in your will or provide an explanation to entries in your will.

When you need a codicil?

If one of your appointed executors has died or you wish to appoint someone else

Upon marriage, a will is automatically revoked if you have not made a note in your will stating that your marriage will not affect your will

If you wish to change the beneficiaries and the apportionment of your assets

Your funeral requirements have changed

If your assets have changed

We want to be your private client lawyer for those milestones in your life.  So, if you want to make changes to your will or something else let us represent you because we will treat you like a VIP.
