We work hard to provide a service we are proud of by ensuring we provide regular email and telephone updates.  There are times when you may wish to raise customer service issues with us and we encourage all our clients and introducers to do so by emailing myexperience@rglaw.co.uk

 

Raising a Complaint

 

There are times when things go wrong and issues must be resolved as quickly as possible.  Please read the downloadable complaints procedure which outlines the process and timelines.

CLC Compensation Fund

 

If you make a valid claim against us for a loss arising out of work for which we are legally responsible, and we are unable to meet our liability in full, you may be entitled to claim from the Compensation Fund administered by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (from whom details can be obtained).
