Roles & Responsibilities:
• Task Management: Prioritise tasks like sending out Draft Contracts, mortgage reports, search reports, requesting redemption statements, prepping for completion and checking client documents with meticulous attention to detail.
• Contract Preparation: Prepare contract packs and help progress matters from instruction to completion, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
• Legal Knowledge: Utilise your legal knowledge to explain the difference between Freehold and Leasehold, understand lender requirements, and grasp Land Law and new build processes.
• Post-Completion Tasks: Handle the process of registering property at the land registry and conducting post-completion checks precisely.
• Administrative Duties: Perform general admin tasks and liaise with conveyancing team members proactively and efficiently.
• Client Interaction: Provide regular updates to clients, estate agents, financial advisors and other stakeholders, respond to inquiries, and manage client relations reliably over the phone and face-to-face.
• Document Management: Handle DX and Royal Mail post, obtain copy title documents, and deal with searches, ensuring all details are correctly managed.

Qualifications:
• Education: Certificate of Higher Education (preferred), paralegal qualification an
advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in legal administration and customer service
